Virgin Media are a bunch money grabbing bastards. I've had no land line for five weeks because they cant organise a f**cking engineer to come around and sort it out. They're just full of bullshit answers. "yes Sir, we'll send out an engineer in 5 days" Not good enough, and when the day arrives, nobody comes!!
