Hopefully, Google Fiber will build a web-based presence soon to address common problems and questions. Given that Google Fiber does not have an online help forum or comprehensive FAQ, we recommend trying one of the other ways to reach them that we have listed here, or else tell us why you were looking for their help in the first place.
I am currently an ATT customer with Fiber 1,000 Mbps. The house is roughly 4000 sf and I trying to hardwire a 3 pack google Wi-Fi for better coverage/mesh. Re: Does Orbi work with Google Fiber? I have googlefiber and to mitigate most issues I had to turn off the wifi on the GoogleBox and set Orbi in AP mode. my Galaxy s8 also constantly drops it is a known issue hopefully Netgear is working on a fix in a future Firmware.
